General Information

Thank you for sharing in our little secrets. We trust you will love our products as much as we love supplying them. Please note that our office hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm.

Ordering & Deliveries

Our minimum order is $60.00 + GST per delivery. Orders can be placed directly online via our website or you can call us direct on 02 8094 9249 or by emailing

All orders must be placed no later than 3pm for delivery the following day. Orders for a Monday delivery must be placed on Friday by 3pm. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Any orders received after 3pm will automatically be delivered on the next available delivery day.

A standing order of your choice is available to ensure regular deliveries are scheduled without the need of reordering. Please contact us to place a standing order.

Please be aware our deliveries are made by a third-party carrier and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We aim to have your deliveries to you as early as possible on the day required, however if the order is needed for an early morning function, we encourage you to place the order for delivery on the prior day.

Claims & Credits

For any request for credits we ask that we be notified within 48 hours of the delivery. This will allow us to investigate any issues and ensure they are resolved promptly. Where possible and applicable please provide a photo image of any concerns. Any requests made beyond 48 hours may not be granted.

Products, Packaging & Prices

All our products are hand crafted, deposited and piped by our dedicated and professional team of bakers. As these are delicately handmade some product weights may vary slightly.

We are dedicated to streamlining processes in order to maintain prices, keeping our range competitively priced in the market place, which allows our customers the reward of greater margins. As some commodity prices increase without notice we may need to pass part of those increases on without notice.

All our products are sold in multiple of 6’s or 12’s. Any orders placed outside of the product sell units will automatically be rounded up.


Little Secrets Bakehouse accept payments by EFT, when making payment please ensure you reference your invoice number or account number. Credit Card payments and Direct Debit are also available.

All 7-day accounts- payments must be received 7 days from date of invoice. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend supply and your trading terms may be impacted.

Accounts that remain unpaid beyond 14 days will automatically be placed on hold until payment has been received in full. Any accounts which remain in arrears will be transferred to a debt recovery agency and Little Secrets Bakehouse will not be liable for any costs incurred.

Change of Business Ownership/ Company Structure

Little secrets bakehouse must be informed in writing of any changes to the ownership of your business or company structure at least 7 days prior to the change date. Failure to do so will not terminate your account and you will remain liable for any invoices generated. Please ensure you email
